Abstracts need to be original studies on simulation based education and innovative simulation strategies and models.
All posters to be made in e-poster format.
Conference registration is mandatory for the presenting author and co-presenters.

Last date for abstract submission will be 10th November 2020.
Abstracts must be only in English. Abstracts in all tracks, and without exception, must be structured as follows

The abstract text body is limited to 300 words.
All abstracts will be reviewed by the Conference Scientific Committee, whose decision is final.
Each presenting author may submit a maximum of one abstract. Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent to the submitting (corresponding) author. Please note that only the corresponding author will receive an email concerning the abstract; this author is responsible for informing all co- authors of the status of the abstract.
Guidelines for E-poster for accepted Abstracts:
Authors whose abstracts have been accepted will receive instructions for the presentation of their abstract, by 20th November 2020.
After selection, a PowerPoint template for preparation of the poster will be sent through email to all.
Candidates should complete the three slide template with a 7 minute voice over and submit it before the 30th of November.
The accepted voice over E-Poster file should not contain any videos.
The Final presentation during the conference will be limited to 7 mins followed by 3 mins of Q & A with the judges.
A participation certificate shall be issued only upon the submission and presentation of the e-poster online.
Certificate will be issued to the Main presenter and Co-presenter.
